Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus in Schwandorf, Germany
Originally built as a private residence in 1890, Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus is now a cultural facility for the town of Schwandorf in southern Germany.
VCCA has four Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus residency opportunities each year: two for visual artists, one for a composer, and one for a writer. Each residency is for six weeks. Fellows are housed at the Künstlerhaus, which features private rooms, a shared living area and kitchen. A stipend of 12,50€ a day is provided for food.
